We want you to love your purchase from SLM Sportswear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Final Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom pieces are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@slmsportswear.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a return authorization and further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us to arrange an exchange if stock is available.
Exchanges follow the same 14-day policy and item condition guidelines.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
